Role Overview
This Talent Acquisition Coordinator position plays a central role in the recruitment process by helping recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers stay aligned from start to finish. The job is designed to improve the candidate journey while keeping hiring activity organized and efficient. It provides hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting and supports broader talent acquisition and growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview stage.
- Help ensure every candidate has a smooth, professional, and positive experience.
- Handle interview logistics, including virtual meeting setup and travel coordination when needed.
- Draft and share interview schedules and agendas with relevant stakeholders.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged through timely communication.
- Create and maintain job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Publish job openings both internally and externally, and monitor their status.
- Support approval workflows and requisition-related processes.
- Assist with recruiting compliance tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Keep candidate information and recruiting data up to date in the ATS.
- Review resumes at an initial stage and assist with candidate screening.
- Support pipeline management and interview coordination across active openings.
- Assist with recruitment for both manufacturing and corporate roles.
- Track applicant movement and update ATS entries accordingly.
- Prepare recruiting reports and maintain hiring metric updates.
- Help with offer letters and pre-employment follow-up tasks.
- Support onboarding activities to help new hires transition smoothly.
- Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts and recruitment events.
- Assist with sourcing and outreach for hard-to-fill positions.
- Maintain talent pools for recurring hiring needs.
- Monitor hiring progress and flag process delays or bottlenecks.
- Provide responsive support to hiring managers, candidates, recruiters, and HR partners.
- Address questions and follow up promptly on updates.
- Strengthen working relationships across departments.
- Serve as a dependable recruiting partner and resource.
- Recommend improvements to recruiting workflows and practices.
- Maintain process documentation and support ongoing process enhancement.
- Help adopt recruiting tools, technologies, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, staffing, or workforce administration.
- Background in interview coordination and managing multiple open requisitions.
- Prior exposure to high-volume recruitment settings.
- Strong focus on customer service and stakeholder support.
Compensation
The annual salary for this role is between $55,000 and $75,000, depending on experience. The position is fully remote.
