Role overview
Join a major airport ground services team at Brisbane Airport and take on a passenger-facing role in a busy, fast-moving airline environment. As a Passenger Services Delivery Agent, you will help manage check-in, gate operations, passenger assistance, and related service tasks while maintaining safety, compliance, and a high standard of customer care. The position also contributes to efficient aircraft turnaround and service delivery for airline partners.
Employment arrangement
This recruitment is for both casual and permanent part-time opportunities. Candidates must be able to work on a rotating roster that runs across 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Key duties
- Provide consistent, high-quality service to airline customers and ensure service needs are met promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Handle passenger check-in work along with other tasks associated with passenger services for client airlines.
- Complete required paperwork on time and submit all reports in line with service agreements and company standards.
- Support passengers who are experiencing delays or disruptions.
- Assist travellers who need special support, including those using wheelchairs and those requiring help to and from the aircraft.
- Manage the forwarding and delivery of baggage to passengers.
- Adhere to occupational health and safety procedures and escalate incidents without delay.
- Carry out procedures in accordance with the specific requirements of each client airline.
- Represent the company positively through grooming, conduct, and service standards.
- Follow shift instructions to support on-time aircraft departures and strong on-time performance.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, airline clients, and other stakeholders.
