Job description
Role Summary
This is a full-time remote position focused on outbound partnership development for AI data collaborations. The role centers on identifying enterprise organizations that can contribute expert-led training data and evaluation support to improve AI models. The person in this role will work with partners across areas such as finance, healthcare, and engineering to assess fit, build relationships, and close strategic data partnership opportunities that support the growth of advanced AI systems.
Responsibilities
- Source, contact, and assess potential B2B partners using cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and coordinated multi-step outreach flows.
- Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of prospects through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM software.
- Create and run targeted email outreach sequences and outbound campaigns designed to produce qualified leads.
- Handle objections from decision-makers around data sharing, pricing, and compensation structures during conversations.
- Evaluate prospective companies against partnership requirements and prioritize the strongest-fit opportunities for further discussions.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to persuade and build trust quickly.
- Proven background in cold calling, outbound lead generation, and B2B business development.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and CRM systems.
- Ability to design and manage automated email outreach and structured sequencing campaigns.
- Confidence in handling objections, especially those tied to compensation or data-sharing models.
