About Casa Spirits

Casa Spirits creates straightforward, high-quality alcoholic products without the usual marketing gloss. The range includes spirits, RTDs, and cocktail kegs designed for people who value the product over the pitch.

The business is expanding quickly and is hiring several Business Development Managers across Victoria to grow its presence in venues and bottle shops.

This position is focused on fresh business development and expansion rather than account management. It suits someone who enjoys opening doors, building momentum, and taking full ownership of their territory.

What you will do

  • Bring in new on-premise and off-premise customers within your allocated territory, with a number of Victorian territories available.
  • Increase distribution and improve visibility for the Casa portfolio.
  • Carry out tastings, brand activations, and customer visits.
  • Develop strong local relationships and strengthen brand awareness in market.
  • Track activity and manage the sales pipeline in CRM.

About you

  • You bring at least 2 years of experience in liquor sales.
  • You already have a network across venues and/or retail.
  • You are confident, self-motivated, and commercially minded.
  • You stay organised, take ownership, and are driven by outcomes.
  • You hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation.
  • You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • You have a valid full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
