About the Role
Apple Internet Software and Services (IS&S) is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Program Manager to join our international Partner Marketing team in Singapore. This permanent role focuses on leading key external partnerships across various sectors, with a particular emphasis on carrier, retail, and MVPD collaborations throughout the APAC region. You will work closely with Business Development to align with critical initiative goals and with partners to understand their business objectives. Our team is dedicated to increasing awareness, subscriptions, and engagement for Apple Services, including Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, iCloud+, Apple Fitness+, Apple News+, Creator Studio, and Apple One. We anticipate you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and customer retention.

You should have the vision to develop scalable programs and the meticulous attention to detail required for successful execution. Responsibilities
- Spearhead and implement marketing strategies for partnerships to expand Apple’s subscription business and generate additional media value.
- Develop comprehensive plans and integration opportunities for significant partnerships within the APAC region.
- Collaborate with partners to create effective go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work with regional, service, and technical teams to establish robust marketing, communication, and training frameworks.
- Partner with Business Strategy and Planning to define key performance indicators, analyze opportunities, pilot various programs and partnerships, and measure outcomes.
- Utilize data analytics to refine and enhance programs for improved efficiency, scale, and effectiveness.
- Prepare executive-level reports to showcase the impact of implemented programs.
- Ensure a smooth and consistent customer journey across all subscription channels.
- Manage all facets of marketing planning, from pre-launch through sustained campaigns.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration internally and externally, clarifying and ensuring adherence to roles and responsibilities.
- Cultivate strong internal and external relationships to facilitate the successful rollout of planned partner launches and campaigns.
- Communicate program results to management in a timely, concise, and effective manner.
- Continuously optimize standard processes to enhance current and future partnerships and campaigns.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in subscription marketing.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in marketing across a variety of media channels.
- A strong passion for the Apple brand and a deep understanding of the digital software and media landscape, including Apple's position within it.
- Possess strong business acumen and strategic foresight, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale marketing campaigns, programs, or partnerships.
- Ability to build robust relationships to effectively convey Apple’s platform message and benefits to partners.
- Skilled in persuasive communication and effective engagement with individuals at all levels within partner organizations, from analysts to C-suite executives.
- A results-oriented approach with exceptional attention to detail, remarkable follow-through capabilities, and a focus on optimizing the customer experience.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Proven ability to drive impactful marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media, and retail channels.
- Experience in structuring mutually beneficial marketing partnerships and presenting premium brands within third-party environments.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a global organizational structure.
- Experience managing budgets and directing agency resources.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
