Role Overview
As the Partner Marketing Manager at Gigs.com, you will take charge of the company's go-to-market strategy for partner initiatives. This position involves managing the entire partner lifecycle, from positioning and launching marketing programs to driving sustainable revenue growth. It is a cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with sales, product, and creative departments to develop co-marketing campaigns and effective playbooks that expand connectivity services globally.
Location
This position is based onsite in New York or San Francisco, USA.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic co-marketing programs and campaign launches with major global partners including AT&T, Vodafone, and LATAM Airlines.
- Create comprehensive enablement tools such as pitch decks, playbooks, and training content to boost partner engagement and revenue performance.
- Work with data analytics and creative teams to establish success indicators, measure the impact of campaigns, and convert successful strategies into scalable playbooks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Brings at least 5 years of partner or product marketing experience within B2B SaaS or fintech sectors, preferably in-house roles.
- Has strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles and excels at turning complex technical products into compelling narratives that drive revenue.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and leverages AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and decision-making.
Additional Information
This role offers a salary range from $150,000 to $200,000 annually, plus equity options. The Partner Marketing function will be built from the ground up, reporting directly to the US marketing lead, granting significant autonomy within the team.
