Jovie is seeking dedicated part-time nannies to join their flexible on-call team, supporting multiple families in Mill Creek, WA. This position suits individuals with experience babysitting, daycare work, volunteering in church nurseries, or retired educators wanting a smaller childcare environment rather than a classroom. The role offers scheduling flexibility, ideal for those balancing school, family, or another part-time job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive in-home child care without the need to transport children.
  • Maintain cleanliness by tidying up any messes or meals related to childcare activities.
  • Offer care primarily to infants and toddlers, with the greatest demand for children under two years old.
  • Ensure children's safety and foster engagement through hands-on, age-appropriate activities based on your observations.

  • Availability for at least three weekdays with shifts lasting 6 to 8 hours between 7 AM and 7 PM.
  • Strong communication skills and responsiveness with a positive, friendly demeanor for family interaction.
