Welsh language ability is required for this post.

It delivers primary, community, mental health, acute, and elective hospital services. The organisation supports staff in line with its values and the ‘Proud to Lead’ competence framework.

The health board promotes equality and diversity and welcomes applications through the Disability Confident Employer scheme.

Application and correspondence

Candidates should monitor their email account regularly, as all recruitment communication will be sent to the address used on the application form. Applications can be completed in Welsh, and Welsh-language applications will be treated no less favourably than English-language applications.

Experience with Microsoft software is required. It would also be helpful to have an understanding of medical terminology, NHS experience, and familiarity with NHS systems.

Skills and experience

Applicants should ideally have experience in an acute hospital, GP practice, or call centre setting, along with experience dealing directly with members of the public.
