Role overview

This position is responsible for steering the Kuwait business toward stronger revenue, profitability, and overall growth. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, commercial expansion, and operational oversight.

What you will do

  • Create and drive the country plan so it supports revenue, profit, and growth objectives.
  • Guide, encourage, and develop the local team while building a strong, high-performing culture.
  • Spot fresh business possibilities, partnerships, and emerging market movements, then act on them.
  • Oversee the P&L, budgeting, and financial results for the Kuwait operation.
  • Maintain operational standards, ensure compliance with local laws, and follow company policies.
  • Develop trusted relationships with key partners, clients, and government contacts.
  • Work in close coordination with regional and global teams to keep strategic priorities aligned.
  • Track market shifts and competitor activity to support informed decisions.

What makes a strong fit

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related discipline is expected; an MBA is an added advantage.
  • At least 8–12+ years of professional experience, including leadership exposure in a comparable market.
  • A demonstrated history of delivering revenue growth and managing end-to-end business operations.
  • Solid knowledge of the Kuwait market and its regulatory framework.
  • Excellent skills in leadership, communication, and managing stakeholders.
  • A strategic, commercially minded approach with strong financial awareness.
