Role overview

This opportunity is for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support a major enterprise transformation programme in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The assignment begins with a 12-month contract and includes the possibility of extensions. The role sits within a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation initiative for a global technology consulting environment, focused on improving HR operations through Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

What you will do

  • Take ownership of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation work and provide hands-on support throughout delivery.
  • Convert business and HR needs into practical functional solutions.
  • Set up and refine Oracle HCM modules so they align with the organisation’s processes.
  • Run workshops, design discussions, testing cycles, user acceptance testing, cutover, and post-launch support.
  • Partner with HR teams to streamline and improve employee lifecycle processes.
  • Assist with data migration, reporting needs, and system integration tasks.
  • Coordinate with technical specialists and external vendors during project execution.
  • Offer subject-matter guidance and recommended practices for Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Develop functional documentation, learning materials, and knowledge transfer content.
  • Work in an Agile delivery environment and support related project practices.

Experience and module knowledge

  • You should bring at least 5 years of Oracle HCM experience, including strong hands-on exposure to Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Prior success delivering full Oracle HCM Cloud implementations is required.
  • Capability across one or more HCM areas is important, such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Workforce Compensation, Performance Management, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, or Workforce Management.
  • You need working knowledge of HCM reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with HCM integrations and data migration is expected.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential.
  • Comfort working in complex enterprise settings and within multicultural, cross-functional teams is needed.

Additional information

This is an initial 12-month contract based onsite in Riyadh. The position is part of a high-profile transformation programme and may be extended beyond the first term.
