Job description

About Belle

Belle is a rapidly expanding healthcare company focused on transforming in-home care with a feet-first approach. The company serves older adults who can no longer safely manage foot care on their own, helping address a major and costly gap in preventive care.

Belle prepares and deploys a network of Community Health Workers, called Belle Technicians, to provide in-home foot exams, preventive services, and care management. Using data science to identify risk early, the model helps surface health issues before they worsen. When follow-up is needed, telehealth clinicians and nurses coordinate next steps and care escalation.

The company’s approach aims to improve outcomes, reduce avoidable hospital use, and raise quality of life through care that people genuinely appreciate. Belle’s mission is to bring joy to healthcare.

About the Role

As the Operations Supervisor for South Georgia, you will help grow the market, strengthen the local team, and improve community impact in your territory. The position combines hiring support, market development, and day-to-day operational execution so seniors receive consistent in-home care.

You will spend time developing technicians, shadowing field work, reviewing performance, and resolving issues. In addition, you will work closely with multiple internal teams to make sure each appointment is completed with professionalism, consistency, and warmth.

You will act as the local representative for the company by building trust with the team, maintaining quality standards, and supporting scale-up efforts. The role is mostly remote, but you must be available within the service area to shadow field activity and provide hands-on support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with centralized recruiting and training teams to hire and onboard technicians.
  • Observe field visits and provide immediate coaching and support.
  • Hold regular check-ins with technicians and complete performance reviews.
  • Help technicians stay aligned with certification and compliance expectations.
  • Create a positive, connected team environment through ongoing engagement efforts.
  • Coach on hospitality, recordkeeping, attendance, and professional conduct.
  • Track operational metrics such as attendance, appointment completion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the care model and scope of practice are followed correctly.
  • Review documentation, audit quality issues, and follow up on concerns.
  • Monitor technician availability and help improve scheduling efficiency.
  • Escalate safety, policy, or compliance problems when needed.
  • Work with HR, Compliance, and Member Experience teams on escalations.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Experience managing a field-based or remote team is required; healthcare, retail, or service environments are especially relevant.
  • Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop people.
  • Well organized, comfortable with technology, and quick to take action.
  • Clear, direct, and empathetic communication skills.
  • Experience with scheduling, attendance, or workforce management tools is an advantage.
  • Must live in South Georgia and be able to travel locally to support Community Health Workers in the field, about 15% to 25% of the time.

Benefits

  • Pay that is competitive and aligned with experience.
  • Quarterly incentive bonus.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.
  • Opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities and advance your career.
  • The chance to help improve an industry and protect lives.
