Job description
About Belle
Belle is a rapidly expanding healthcare organization focused on transforming in-home care, beginning with foot health. Its model addresses a major unmet need among U.S. seniors and aims to reduce preventable medical costs through proactive care.
Belle equips and manages a network of Community Health Workers, called Belle Technicians, who provide in-home foot assessments, preventive services, and ongoing care coordination. Using advanced data science, the company identifies early signs of risk so patients can receive help before problems escalate. When follow-up is needed, telehealth clinicians and nurses coordinate the next steps.
The company’s approach is designed to improve outcomes, avoid complications, reduce unnecessary hospital use, and deliver care that patients value. Belle’s mission is to bring joy to healthcare, and it seeks people who are energized by that purpose.
Role Overview
As an Operations Supervisor for South Georgia, you will help grow the market, strengthen the local team, and support the delivery of meaningful community impact. The position combines hiring support, market development, and operational discipline to help ensure seniors receive high-quality in-home care.
You will spend time developing technicians, observing field work, reviewing performance, and resolving issues. You will also partner with teams across the organization to make sure each visit is carried out with consistency, professionalism, and a warm customer experience.
Although this position is primarily remote, you must be available within the service area to shadow field activity and provide on-the-ground support.
Team Leadership and Development
- Partner with centralized recruiting and training teams to support technician hiring and onboarding.
- Go into the field to observe technicians and provide coaching in real time.
- Hold regular check-ins and conduct performance reviews for technicians.
- Help technicians meet certification and compliance expectations.
- Build a team environment that stays connected, engaged, and motivated over time.
- Coach proactively on service mindset, documentation quality, attendance, and professional conduct.
Operational Oversight
- Track core performance indicators such as attendance, appointment completion, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Oversee correct delivery of Belle’s care model and scope of practice.
- Review documentation, audit records, and follow up on quality-related concerns.
- Monitor technician availability and help improve scheduling efficiency.
- Escalate safety issues, policy breaches, or compliance concerns when required.
- Work with HR, Compliance, and Member Experience teams to resolve escalations.
Benefits
- Pay is competitive and tied to experience.
- Quarterly incentive bonus.
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- 401(k) plan.
- Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.
- Opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities.
- The chance to help reshape healthcare and protect lives.
