Role Summary

The Operations Manager will work full time from the Dubai office and will be responsible for keeping daily operations efficient, structured, and aligned with business goals. The role focuses on ensuring recruitment and service delivery activities run smoothly across client accounts while meeting agreed service standards.

Key Duties

The position involves coordinating operational activity, overseeing staffing workflows, and making sure resources are allocated effectively. The Operations Manager will work with recruitment and account management teams, track operational performance, and address issues quickly to avoid disruption. The role also includes improving processes, introducing better ways of working, and ensuring teams follow clear procedures.

Additional Responsibilities

Other responsibilities include leading and supporting operations staff, preparing operational documentation, and maintaining compliance with applicable local rules and requirements. The role also calls for regular reporting to senior leadership, with updates on performance, workflow efficiency, and improvement actions.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in operations and process oversight, including workflow improvement, resource planning, and performance tracking.
  • Proven ability to manage people, including team coordination, coaching, delegation, and handling disagreements constructively.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work well with internal teams and external clients.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, including reviewing data, spotting patterns, and suggesting practical solutions.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services operations will be a strong advantage.
  • Comfort using operational systems or business software such as CRM, ATS, or ERP tools, along with strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications or certifications are considered beneficial.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Dubai, handle several priorities at once, and maintain professionalism and integrity in a fast-moving environment.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position suits someone who can manage multiple demands in a dynamic staffing environment and contribute to efficient, high-quality service delivery.
