Role Overview

An established investment firm headquartered in New York City, managing more than $25 billion in assets, is hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder and CEO. This is a central, high-impact position within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, offering direct support to a leader with a very demanding schedule.

What You Will Do

  • Handle a complex, constantly shifting calendar with heavy scheduling requirements.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, along with the related coordination and logistics.
  • Draft, organize, and submit expense reports.
  • Serve as a dependable bridge between the CEO and internal teams, investors, board members, and outside contacts.
  • Assist with special assignments and executive-level initiatives as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 15 years of experience supporting a senior executive.
  • Strong organizational discipline, mature judgment, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to stay ahead of needs.
