About Revolut
Revolut was founded in 2015 with a simple goal: to give people more from their money — more control, better visibility, and greater freedom. Its product suite spans spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and other money-management services, supporting more than 75 million customers worldwide.
The company has grown rapidly and now has over 13,000 team members working across offices and remotely. Revolut has also been recognised as a Great Place to Work™, reflecting its focus on employee experience, strong culture, and high-performance teams.
About the Role
Financial Crime Operations sits at the centre of Revolut’s work to protect customers and their money. The team collaborates with customers to resolve issues, identify risks, and help stop financial crime by combining modern technology with strong attention to detail.
This role is for an Operations Manager who will design and scale financial crime systems from the ground up. The focus is on creating automated workflows, improving operational efficiency, and building systems that can support a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Create sophisticated financial crime operational systems from scratch.
- Remove manual steps by developing fully automated, end-to-end solutions.
- Lead infrastructure initiatives that perform well across both existing and newly launched markets.
- Own projects through the full lifecycle, from early insight generation to worldwide rollout.
- Work closely with Engineering to expand and improve internal workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-moving environment.
- A 2:1 degree or above, ideally in a STEM discipline.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Proven ability to build scalable processes.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, high-impact projects from start to finish.
- Comfort operating in uncertain situations and acting quickly.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Eligibility
Applicants should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and meet the degree and language requirements listed above. The employer also encourages candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply.
