Role Overview
The Financial Crime Operations team is critical at Revolut, focusing on safeguarding customers' assets and maintaining trust. This role centers on developing and scaling sophisticated financial crime prevention systems from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Create intricate FinCrime operational systems from inception.
- Automate workflows fully to eliminate manual bottlenecks and friction.
- Lead infrastructure initiatives that adapt efficiently to diverse, emerging, and existing markets.
- Manage project lifecycles comprehensively, from initial insights to worldwide implementation.
- Work closely with Engineering to upscale internal processes and workflows effectively.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least two years of experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong academic background, preferably a 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM field.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
- Experience designing and deploying scalable operations and processes.
- Demonstrated history of leading complex, critical projects from start to finish.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguous scenarios and capable of rapid execution.
- Fluent in English communication, both verbal and written.
