Key Responsibilities

• Fabricate hose assemblies meeting specified standards and schedules.
• Conduct inspections and tests on assemblies, maintaining accurate digital records.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain workshop and service vehicle cleanliness and perform scheduled equipment maintenance.
• Manage expenses related to the role and comply with workshop and Health & Safety protocols.
• Promote company services, identify on-site opportunities, and support workshop productivity.
• Provide timely and courteous service to preserve company reputation and foster repeat business.
• Participate in continuous training, adhere to company policies, and support overall team objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in using computers, holding a valid clean driving license and current First Aid certification.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills with all stakeholders.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical skills with dedication to obtaining relevant industry certifications.
