About the Role
This role involves the accurate, efficient, and safe picking and packing of orders for our online customers. You will also be responsible for liaising with other departments to address stock availability, suggest substitutions, and handle customer inquiries. A strong commitment to health and safety for yourself and colleagues is essential.

We are seeking a customer-focused individual who understands the importance of excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will make customer-first decisions in line with company processes and systems, communicate effectively within a team, and be prepared to be on their feet for the entire shift.
