About the Role

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate with Walmart Canada, you will develop key retail industry skills by picking, packing, and dispensing online orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality. You will follow strict safety and food hygiene protocols to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and assemble orders from different temperature zones, ensuring on-time delivery with attention to quality.
• Carefully pack orders, distinguishing between similarly named items, confirming exact quantities, and verifying product codes.
• Ensure all products chosen meet high quality standards, avoiding damage and selecting the freshest items.
• Accurately interpret and document orders, including pick slips, packaging info, and shipping labels.
• Pack orders efficiently to maximize space without compromising product quality.
• Combine fulfillment tasks with customer interaction and provide assistance to resolve any issues.
• Strictly follow safety and food hygiene guidelines by keeping the workspace clean, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring totes are debris-free before packing.
• Operate material handling equipment safely, completing necessary pre-use inspections.
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with Walmart's mission and values.
• Engage in continuous improvement by proposing enhancements in processes, productivity, safety, and working conditions.
• Adapt flexibly to workload changes based on customer demands and daily delivery schedules.

Additional Details

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.15.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
