OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary

Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate and develop your skills in retail operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing online orders while complying with safety and food hygiene standards to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature-controlled zones, maintaining quality to ensure on-time delivery.
• Carefully pack orders, ensuring correct quantities, accurate product codes, and differentiation between similarly named items.
• Verify that all selected products are undamaged and fresh, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Properly label and document orders using pick slips, packaging instructions, and shipping labels.
• Optimize packaging by filling totes efficiently without compromising product integrity.
• Provide customer service support, balancing fulfillment duties with helping resolve any issues during order processing.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and food hygiene practices, including maintaining a clean workspace, promptly cleaning spills, and ensuring packing totes are free from debris.
• Safely operate material handling equipment after performing required pre-use safety checks.
• Demonstrate alignment with Walmart's mission and values through daily activities and behaviors.
• Participate in initiatives to improve operations, such as enhancing productivity, safety, customer satisfaction, and work conditions.
• Show flexibility in adapting work assignments to meet customer demands and daily delivery schedules.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $17.75 per hour.

• Must be at least 16 years old.
