Role Overview

This position is for a proactive and well-organised Office Executive to manage the daily running of the Singapore office. The role is highly practical and suited to someone who takes responsibility for maintaining an efficient, pleasant and fully functional workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee everyday office activities in Singapore so the workspace stays orderly, comfortable and properly maintained.
  • Coordinate office lease-related matters, including communication with landlords, renewal processes, and maintenance or repair follow-ups.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier and mail handling to ensure deliveries are sent and received on time.
  • Monitor office inventory and supplies, keeping stock at the right levels and arranging replenishment when necessary.
  • Work with external vendors and service providers to keep office services running smoothly.
  • Partner with building management on facility-related issues.
  • Support new-joiner setup tasks such as workstation preparation and access card arrangements.
  • Assist with travel and hotel booking needs for employees whenever required.
  • Take on miscellaneous administrative work and provide day-to-day support to the wider team.

Requirements

  • A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 4 years of experience in office management or administrative support roles.
  • Strong coordination, organisation and multitasking abilities, with careful attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and practical, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Clear communication and strong people skills for dealing with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and standard administrative software.
  • Experience in a tech, fintech or startup setting is advantageous.
