  • You need at least 1 year of hands-on infant care experience.
  • You should be able to share 3 references: 2 related to work with children, whether paid or unpaid, and 1 personal character reference.
  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliability and dependability are essential for success in this role.

Job certifications and education

  • You may need to respond to urgent situations calmly, effectively, and safely.

Benefits and support

  • You can earn reward points that may be redeemed for gift cards from brands such as Target, DoorDash, Lululemon, and Starbucks through family feedback, last-minute shifts, punctuality, and contests.
  • Employer-sponsored CPR/First Aid and California Trustline support are included.
  • There are opportunities to grow in childcare and be considered first for consistent nanny placements.
  • Benefits include a health care stipend, PTO, paid holidays, and retirement savings matching.
  • Pay is handled legally through biweekly direct deposit, with accrued sick time and workers' compensation insurance.
  • You can meet new families and receive repeat or requested assignments.
