Role Overview
We seek a meticulous and well-organized Mid-Weight Graphic Designer dedicated to elevating our brand’s visual experience across all customer interactions. Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will create exceptional designs for digital, social media, paid ads, eCommerce, retail, print, and wholesale. This position demands the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with precision and passion, ensuring all creative outputs align with Bardot’s style and marketing strategy efficiently and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver superior-quality artwork across multiple platforms including digital, social media, paid advertising, eCommerce, retail, print, and wholesale channels.
- Generate captivating social media content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, incorporating static images, carousels, Stories, Reels, and short videos under the guidance of the Senior Graphic Designer.
- Create paid media assets optimized for Meta, Google, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring compatibility with platform specifications and campaign goals.
- Produce website and eCommerce creatives like banners, blog visuals, and landing pages in various formats like WebP, GIF, PNG, and JPG.
- Design and assemble EDM creatives within Dotdigital, including email templates and asset preparation.
- Develop motion graphics, GIFs, and edited video content supporting social, advertising, and digital campaigns consistent with Bardot’s visual branding.
- Craft retail marketing materials such as in-store signage, window displays, packaging, swing tags, promotional flyers, event invitations, and PR assets.
- Create reusable templates, mood boards, pitch decks, and style guides to streamline workflows and preserve brand cohesion.
- Oversee image workflow from shoot delivery, including file handling, renaming, exporting, coordinating retouching, and distributing assets across teams.
- Manage concurrent projects efficiently using tools like Asana or Trello, collaborating with Digital, PR & Social, eCommerce, and Wholesale teams to meet deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, retail, or agency settings.
- Highly skilled with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalents.
- Deep understanding of creative demands for paid advertising platforms, as well as EDM and digital design.
- Excellent grasp of typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with acute attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects effectively.
