Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position in Fresno, CA is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, visual merchandising, and technical installation tasks. The role focuses on creating strong in-store presentation, supporting display setup, and helping projects stay organized and on schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay is set at $20.00 per hour, with final placement based on experience.

  • The schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional overnight travel work when needed.

Key Responsibilities

The job centers on building attractive and functional retail environments. You will place merchandise according to planograms, assemble attention-grabbing displays, and help improve the shopping experience through signage updates and endcap setups. In addition, the role includes leading installation work for displays, kiosks, audio-visual systems, and security equipment, along with light construction and fixture assembly. You will also document completed work with photos and video, stay in touch with the District Manager, and submit reports the same day.

Work Conditions

  • A smart device with Wi-Fi and GPS capability, updated operating system, and internet access is required; access to a laptop or desktop is helpful.
  • The role may involve travel by both car and plane.
  • Work is physically active and technical, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and staying on your feet throughout the day.

Candidate Profile

  • You should have at least 1 year of experience in retail or electronics merchandising.
  • Applicants should be comfortable taking charge of tasks, coordinating with others, or stepping in to support the team as needed.
  • Experience following planograms accurately is important.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with limited supervision are needed.
  • Availability should be flexible, including weekends and overnight shifts.
  • A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required.
  • You must know how to use hand tools and power tools and bring a cordless drill.
  • Ability to earn power-lift/equipment certification within 30 days of hire is required.
