Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay is $22.00 per hour, with the exact rate based on experience.

Schedule

  • This is a full-time position.
  • Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • There may be occasional overnight work when travel is required.
  • Weekend availability may also be needed.

Key Duties

The role centers on in-store merchandising and installation work that helps products stand out and improves the overall customer experience.

You will set products according to planograms, assemble attention-grabbing displays, and refresh endcaps and signage as needed.

The position also involves leading installation work for displays, kiosks, AV equipment, and security devices, along with light construction and fixture setup.

You will document completed work with photos and videos, stay in touch with the District Manager, and send same-day reports to keep projects moving smoothly.

Work Environment

  • Travel by car and plane may be required.
  • A physically active environment is expected, including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and being on your feet for much of the day.
  • A Wi-Fi/GPS-enabled smart device with an updated operating system is preferred.
  • Access to the internet and a laptop or desktop computer is a plus.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or electronics merchandising is required.
  • Applicants should be comfortable taking ownership of tasks, coordinating with others, and stepping into a leadership role when needed.
  • Strong planogram reading and execution skills are important.
  • Good communication and the ability to work independently are essential.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for weekends and overnight travel are needed.
  • Experience using hand and power tools is expected, and a cordless drill is required.
  • The selected candidate must be able to obtain a power-lift/equipment certification within 30 days of joining.
