Key Responsibilities
- Provide inspiring leadership to administrative and clinical staff, promoting a cooperative and motivated workplace.
- Ensure patients experience exceptional care throughout their time at the clinic.
- Manage daily office operations including appointment scheduling, patient intake, and medical records handling.

Qualifications and Experience
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience managing operations in a medical office setting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficient in using office software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
