Role overview
We are looking for a proactive, metrics-focused Media Buyer to join a marketing team serving a real estate business in Jeddah. The role centers on planning, running, and improving paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels to attract strong-quality leads, improve return on investment, and help drive sales and business expansion.
Core responsibilities
- Build, launch, and refine paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital ad platforms.
- Oversee advertising spend and distribute budgets in a cost-efficient way.
- Track campaign results and keep improving performance indicators such as CPL, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Carry out audience research, segmentation, and A/B testing to strengthen campaign outcomes.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to shape campaign strategy and supporting creatives.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Meta Pixel.
- Review performance data and produce clear reports with practical insights and recommendations.
- Stay current on digital advertising trends, platform changes, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to lead generation efforts and support the achievement of sales goals.
- Make sure campaigns follow platform rules and brand standards.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a similar discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketing Specialist is required.
- Background in the real estate sector is strongly preferred.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads is essential.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking is needed.
- Strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and improve campaign performance.
- Good communication, planning, and problem-solving skills are important.
- Ability to handle several campaigns at once and deliver work on deadline in a fast-moving environment.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications will be considered an added advantage.
