You have successfully launched and promoted gambling brands in new territories, possess a strong understanding of bonus mechanics and player behavior, and can implement comprehensive brand strategies across both digital and traditional channels. Essential qualities include analytical thinking, creativity, fluency in English, and the ability to excel in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
General Responsibilities
- Expand audience reach through various channels including billboards, influencer collaborations, and partner websites.
- Cultivate and grow the company's partner network.
- Maintain cost-effective Cost Per Mille (CPM) and enhance website conversion rates.
- Assess the profitability of partnerships.
Strategic Support
- Assist the Team Lead in formulating marketing strategies.
- Forge new partnerships with local agencies.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis and compile detailed reports.
- Develop promotional assets such as videos, banners, and bonus offers.
Influencer Management
- Identify and negotiate terms with new influencers, subject to Marketing Manager approval.
- Manage contract renewals for successful collaborations and process payments via Asana.
- Generate and distribute affiliate links.
- Monitor influencer content daily and produce comprehensive monthly performance reports.
Partner Site Coordination
- Identify and negotiate agreements with partner websites.
- Oversee contract management and payment processing.
- Publish articles and track the performance of banner advertisements.
Billboard & TV Advertising
- Source suitable billboard locations and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee billboard placements and manage contract renewals.
- Conceptualize TV advertisements and monitor their performance on a weekly basis.
Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute offline events and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Manage all logistical aspects, contractors, and on-site operations.
- Establish partnerships with football clubs and other sports organizations.
- Organize ambassador events, including venue selection, budget management, promotion, and reporting.
Reporting
- Compile detailed analytical marketing reports on a monthly basis.

This role is based in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and requires a flexible schedule with remote work options available.
