Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a marketing professional to support the Marketing Manager in shaping, planning, and rolling out integrated advertising and promotion plans for the organization and its real estate developments. This role focuses on coordinating day-to-day marketing work, keeping the team aligned, reviewing campaign results, and making sure sales, digital media, creative teams, and outside partners work together smoothly to achieve performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in preparing seasonal marketing plans, media schedules, and tactical advertising initiatives for different property projects.
  • Convert approved strategic marketing direction into practical assignments, daily priorities, and clear team workflows.
  • Track the monthly marketing schedule, maintain deadline discipline, and remove obstacles that delay project execution.
  • Coordinate activities across internal writers, designers, performance marketers, corporate communications, and the sales team.
  • Check marketing materials such as social posts, brochures, presentations, ad copy, event scripts, and landing pages before they are sent to management for approval.
  • Liaise with external agencies and printing partners to ensure contracted deliverables are produced correctly and delivered on time.
  • Work with sales teams to monitor CRM pipelines and customer feedback, assess lead quality, and follow leads through to site visits.
  • Review campaign performance data regularly and turn the findings into practical optimization insights.
  • Observe competitor actions, market pricing movements, and product positioning in real estate, then convert the findings into recommendations.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional requirements for property launches, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Prepare weekly status updates covering completed work, delayed items, and any resource needs.
  • Assist the Marketing Manager with administrative tasks, data gathering, presentation preparation, and executive summary support.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • At least 5 years of growing marketing experience, particularly in operational coordination or project-related work.
  • A minimum of 3 years working in real estate marketing, including development firms, brokerages, PropTech companies, or agencies serving real estate clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn strategy into execution plans and supervise team activities.
  • Strong experience with marketing planning, media deployment, and campaign coordination.
  • Good understanding of the real estate buyer journey, from lead generation to bookings, showroom visits, and final sales.
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising and the ability to interpret performance reports.
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Bitrix24, or Salesforce for reviewing lead sources and quality trends.
  • Excellent Arabic and English copy review skills, with a strong sense of visual consistency, brand standards, and message clarity.
  • Ability to manage content calendars, creative briefs, and design-team assignments.
  • Intermediate to advanced command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with social media publishing workflows, platform algorithms, and content planning.
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

Additional Information

This position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia and follows a full-time, onsite work arrangement. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and external vendors, and includes responsibility for handling operational marketing support across multiple real estate projects.

Language Requirement

Arabic fluency at a native level is required. Professional business-level English, both written and spoken, is strongly preferred.
