Role overview

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing professional to own, coordinate, and improve the company’s online marketing and paid media activity across multiple real estate initiatives. This position is centered on campaign strategy, budget control, performance improvement, and data-led analysis to attract stronger leads. The main goal is to keep marketing efforts tightly connected to sales objectives so the business can grow revenue and improve conversion outcomes.

Core responsibilities

  • Create and roll out end-to-end digital marketing plans for real estate projects in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Set up, run, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Search, Google Display, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Assign campaign goals based on each project stage, including awareness, traffic, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns.
  • Distribute advertising budgets effectively across channels using daily and weekly performance data.
  • Track campaign performance every day and review key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and cost per qualified lead.
  • Manage UTM structures, pixels, and conversion events, while validating tracking quality through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
  • Create and maintain interactive reporting dashboards in tools like Looker Studio or Power BI for leadership visibility on project and channel results.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to evaluate lead quality, follow the conversion funnel, and incorporate sales feedback into campaign improvements.
  • Recommend and optimize landing pages and lead forms to improve the journey from ad click to final registration.
  • Run advanced retargeting efforts and develop custom and lookalike audiences to reach users with high intent.
  • Prepare clear, data-backed creative direction for content and design teams, and lead structured A/B testing for ads, visuals, videos, and landing pages.
  • Review the work of external agencies, platforms, and vendors to ensure accurate reporting and strong ROI.
  • Help improve CRM data quality by linking campaign sources to lead qualification stages.
  • Keep up with competitor activity, platform updates, and emerging real estate marketing trends.

Technical and functional requirements

  • Strong command of Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads, including Search, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Advanced knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API, and detailed tracking setup planning.
  • Ability to build performance dashboards with Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, and ROAS, with the ability to convert data into practical actions.
  • Experience generating high-value leads and understanding the buyer journey in real estate.
  • Hands-on exposure to CRM systems such as Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho, with the ability to connect ad data to sales pipelines.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and SEM, including Google Keyword Planner usage and negative keyword management.
  • Ability to design and run structured A/B tests for creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Capability to manage mid-to-large monthly budgets and analyze different attribution models.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 years of practical experience in digital marketing with a strong background in paid performance campaigns.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience in lead generation campaigns, preferably in real estate or other long sales-cycle, high-ticket industries.
  • Prior work experience with real estate developers, brokerages, PropTech businesses, or digital performance agencies handling real estate accounts.
  • Experience managing mid-to-large monthly ad budgets with clear ROI outcomes.
  • Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
