Role Overview
As a Marketing Services Manager, you will help coordinate marketing activity for Ghana, working closely with clients, internal teams, and agency partners to support planning, execution, reporting, and ongoing improvement of programs.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to annual marketing planning by bringing together market insights, client priorities, and local trend analysis for Ghana.
- Help prepare planning materials and internal review documents.
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client marketing teams.
- Spot growth opportunities by reviewing market movements, client results, and customer insights, and identify where Visa solutions can create more value.
- Share new ideas, campaign interventions, and capability improvements that can strengthen client relationships and support growth.
- Manage feedback loops and keep communication prompt and well organized.
- Guide clients in using Visa marketing toolkits and digital best practices.
- Coordinate end-to-end delivery of marketing programs, including timelines, stakeholders, assets, and agency collaboration.
- Support creative development, media coordination, asset handling, and roll-out of client initiatives.
- Work with agencies and Visa teams on digital campaign execution and results reporting.
- Prepare briefs, decks, performance summaries, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Make sure outputs are relevant to the local market and aligned with Visa quality expectations.
- Partner with Account Leads and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Adapt global toolkits and approaches for use in the Ghanaian market.
- Support adoption of Visa Project Central and standard operating processes.
- Track market KPIs and campaign outcomes, then share reporting updates.
- Monitor local consumer and market trends to improve future programs.
- Develop clear insights and updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle vendor coordination, budget tracking, timelines, and workflow records.
- Maintain market-specific templates, trackers, and program documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 4–6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing.
- Experience in consumer marketing, agency coordination, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong project management ability and clear communication skills.
- Comfort with structured planning cycles and managing multiple connected workstreams.
- Ability to build client relationships and support decision-making.
- High attention to detail and strong operational discipline.
- Analytical capability to interpret data and turn it into recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal stakeholders.
- Adaptability in a fast-moving and changing environment.
Work Arrangement
This role is based onsite with a hybrid working setup. The number of in-office days will be confirmed by the hiring manager.
