The team works with B2B SaaS organizations across different markets, helping them set up, manage, and improve key sales and marketing systems such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, 6sense, Bizible, LeanData, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, and similar tools.
The agency positions itself as an extension of its clients’ teams, combining technical marketing knowledge, analytics, campaign execution, and sales alignment to improve performance and reporting.
About the role
This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a career in marketing operations, revenue operations, and marketing automation. The first 90 days are focused on onboarding and building core knowledge so you can get fully comfortable with the role. After that ramp-up period, you will begin taking on analyst responsibilities and managing marketing operations work for client accounts.
The role is entry-level, but it comes with significant exposure and hands-on learning. Nomad emphasizes long-term development and expects team members to keep growing their technical and consulting skills over time.
What you will learn and do
- Get trained on marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, and Marketo.
- Gain working knowledge of Salesforce and related sales technologies.
- Create and run marketing campaigns end to end.
- Develop email templates and landing pages.
- Pick up foundational HTML and coding skills.
- Work with database hygiene, audience segmentation, and buyer persona understanding.
- Build reports tied to KPIs, interpret the results, and present insights clearly.
- Coordinate with clients through Zoom and Slack and build strong working relationships.
- Deliver work according to client timelines and deadlines.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and take ownership of shared responsibilities.
- Lead client meeting agendas, capture notes, and send follow-up messages with action items.
- Perform careful QA checks on deliverables before they are shared with clients.
- Respond quickly to client questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Keep project records accurate and up to date.
- Contribute actively in team meetings and provide status updates on assigned work.
- Stay curious, self-driven, and committed to improving your marketing operations expertise.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned.
Candidate profile and requirements
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, comfortable handling a variety of tasks, and ready to build expertise in a fast-moving operations environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
- You should be comfortable using project management and collaboration tools.
- Strong organization and time-management skills are important.
- You need solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Clear communication and good interpersonal skills are necessary.
- You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to excellent client service is expected.
- You must be adaptable and open to learning new tools and workflows.
