Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is for a Marketing Operations Analyst working from Saudi Arabia on behalf of a partner employer. The hiring partner handles the application review and all subsequent hiring stages. The position focuses on tying marketing activity to revenue outcomes by making sure leads, campaigns, and conversions are tracked, measured, and improved across the entire funnel.

You will be responsible for the systems and processes that connect marketing execution with revenue impact, including attribution, lifecycle tracking, automation, and reporting. The role requires close collaboration with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales to keep data aligned across platforms such as HubSpot, GA4, and CRM tools.

This is a hands-on role that combines analytical thinking with operational execution, especially around tracking setup, lead handling, campaign measurement, and funnel performance. It is well suited to someone who enjoys owning both the technical and analytical side of marketing systems in a fast-paced SaaS setting.

Key accountabilities

  • Take ownership of marketing analytics and tracking setup, including GA4, GTM, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and paid media pixels to support accurate conversion and behavior measurement.
  • Create, maintain, and improve dashboards covering funnel health, campaign ROI, SEO contribution, and paid acquisition efficiency.
  • Run HubSpot operations such as workflows, lead routing, segmentation, scoring, and lifecycle automation across the revenue funnel.
  • Manage lead data quality tasks, including enrichment, validation, list cleanup, and syncing data across tools such as Clay, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
  • Support attribution modeling across first-touch, last-touch, and linear approaches, and carry out manual attribution when required to preserve revenue accuracy.
  • Set up and execute A/B tests, including event tracking, data layers, and review of experiment results.
  • Track website and funnel performance, spot anomalies or traffic issues, and identify opportunities to improve results.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or RevOps within a SaaS or digital business environment.
  • Practical, hands-on knowledge of HubSpot, including workflows, automation, lead management, and segmentation.
  • Strong experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and implementation of conversion tracking.
  • Clear understanding of the B2B SaaS funnel, including MQL, SQL, opportunity, and revenue stages, along with lifecycle management.
  • Experience using A/B testing tools and applying experimentation methods.
  • Good knowledge of SEO analytics and performance measurement.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken, with strong communication ability.
  • Ability to work in alignment with US time zones, specifically Eastern or Pacific.

Benefits

  • Remote-first setup with flexible working arrangements.
  • 20 days of paid leave each year, plus US public holidays.
  • Reimbursement support for professional development, learning, and skill building.
  • Exposure to a rapidly growing SaaS business with strong product-market fit.
  • Close collaboration with RevOps, Marketing, and Sales leadership.
  • Direct ownership of important marketing systems and revenue data infrastructure.
