Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position is based in the Mohali district. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social channels while maintaining a consistent brand tone and message. The role includes building and running social media strategies, overseeing daily posting activity, replying to comments and direct messages, and fostering engagement within online communities. You will also monitor performance, interpret data, and refine campaigns to improve reach, engagement, and audience growth. Regular collaboration with design and content teams is expected, along with keeping up with platform updates, trends, and best practices. The position also involves preparing recurring reports and sharing actionable insights with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media plans aligned with brand and business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across major social platforms.
