Role overview

This is a full-time remote marketing leadership position supporting a fast-growing skill-based fantasy sports platform. The company is preparing a major push into the NFL and broader American sports market, and this role will own the growth plan for that launch from the earliest stage through peak season.

The product lets sports fans use their knowledge to progress through a live Skill Rank system and win real rewards through peer-to-peer competition, rather than a traditional house-edge format. The opportunity is to build the marketing playbook, lead acquisition, and directly control budget and execution for a high-visibility launch.

Remote work is available for candidates based in Europe or North America.

Compensation

The role offers total compensation in the range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and run the end-to-end growth strategy for NFL and American sports marketing, covering launch through the height of the season.
  • Acquire depositing users efficiently by improving performance across all acquisition channels and continuously refining the channel mix.
  • Coordinate paid media, creator collaborations, community building, and referral activity so they work together as one growth system.
  • Create, expand, and manage creator and influencer partnerships that increase reach and strengthen the user community.
  • Own the marketing budget from start to finish, using performance data to decide how funds should be allocated for the best return.
  • Support brand development and community engagement, with a focus on turning first-time users into repeat and loyal participants.

Requirements

  • At least 3 to 5+ years of growth marketing experience in real-money or cash fantasy sports, such as DFS, sportsbooks, or similar gaming products.
  • Strong understanding of how real-money users think, including what drives deposits, what keeps them active, and how cash-based gaming behaves.
  • Comfort with performance data, acquisition cost analysis, unit economics, and channel-neutral decision-making.
  • Proven experience managing acquisition campaigns across several channels, including creator, influencer, or ambassador programs.
  • A hands-on, builder-style mindset suited to a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Solid familiarity with NFL and American sports culture.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience launching or scaling a real-money or skill-gaming product.
  • Experience building a brand community from an early stage and helping it grow.
