What You’ll Do
- Plan and run integrated marketing campaigns for a range of B2B conferences.
- Handle email campaigns, social media activity, websites, and other digital materials to increase delegate registrations.
- Keep campaign activity moving across several live event launches at the same time.
- Partner with the Marketing Director and outside contractors to produce polished, effective campaigns.
Experience and Skills Needed
- Background in marketing B2B conferences or exhibitions.
- Practical experience using email marketing tools, social media channels, and CRM systems, with HubSpot preferred.
- Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to work mainly US business hours, which is essential for this role.
