Key Responsibilities
- Planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across a variety of B2B conferences.
- Managing digital marketing tools, including email marketing platforms, social media channels, websites, and other digital assets, to boost delegate registrations.
- Coordinating the rollout of multiple live event marketing campaigns concurrently.
- Collaborating with the Marketing Director and external vendors to ensure the delivery of effective, high-quality campaigns.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing B2B conferences or exhibitions.
- Direct hands-on experience with email marketing, social media management, and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Strong organisational capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Willingness and ability to work primarily during US business hours, which is a mandatory condition for this role.
