About the Role

Osome is a fast-growing international fintech company that helps entrepreneurs spend less time on admin by taking care of accounting, bookkeeping, and related back-office work. The business combines software with expert support to deliver services quickly and efficiently. As Marketing Lead for the UAE, you will drive regional growth and act as the main owner of the market’s marketing engine.

This position calls for a marketer who can think strategically and execute hands-on. You’ll be expected to shape long-term plans, run demand generation campaigns, build partnerships, support local launches, and manage the full customer journey from early interest to becoming an ongoing client.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver demand generation initiatives that improve pipeline and revenue.
  • Improve the performance of field- and partner-sourced customers by strengthening the LTV/CAC ratio.
  • Increase the conversion rate from leads to sales-qualified leads.
  • Position Osome as a trusted local expert in the UAE through culturally relevant and locally adapted brand communication.
  • Own the complete lifecycle journey from first interest to active client using nurturing programs that reduce friction in the sales process.
  • Develop and activate strategic partnerships with Free Zones, banks such as Wio and Emirates NBD, and accelerators to unlock bundled growth opportunities.
  • Lead the go-to-market effort for UAE-specific product enhancements such as Corporate Tax filing features and localized VAT tools.
  • Work with the fractional and freelancer segment, which is a key audience for the role.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and the digital marketing CoE to design and roll out campaigns for local market activation.
  • Build thought leadership and founder advocacy through education-led content and community initiatives.
  • Generate, nurture, qualify, and monitor prospects through mid- and lower-funnel marketing efforts.
  • Plan and run integrated acquisition initiatives across digital, organic, content, influencer, and event sponsorship channels.
  • Shape messaging, content, and value propositions with an audience-first mindset.
  • Adapt the company’s global positioning to the realities of the UAE market, including Mainland vs. Free Zone differences, Corporate Tax compliance, and bilingual needs.
  • Create an omnichannel growth system spanning digital, social, content, field, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Design automated founder journeys that support prospects through complex decisions around business setup and financial operations.
  • Represent the company at startup communities and hubs such as Hub71, DIFC, and ADGM, and organize small education-focused founder events.
  • Own the regional marketing P&L and optimize CAC while increasing lead volume across the UAE.
  • Measure and report performance of regional marketing programs using metrics such as pipeline contribution, lead generation, and sales velocity.
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve the impact of highly targeted engagement.
  • Plan ahead, communicate early, ask for help when needed, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Show how field and partner marketing can work together to create stronger outcomes for the business.

Key Competencies

  • Strong understanding of the UAE market and how messaging should differ across segments such as DIFC and JAFZA.
  • Hands-on capability across digital marketing and lifecycle marketing, including A/B testing, email automation, SEO, and event activation.
  • Comfort working with data, attribution, and LTV analysis to guide decisions.
  • Strong alignment with sales goals and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Proven experience running integrated marketing programs that drive acquisition and pipeline growth.
  • Deep understanding of the fractional and freelance market in the UAE and beyond.
  • Startup mindset with a strong bias toward action and fast execution.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to create practical campaign content quickly for defined audience segments.

Experience Required

  • 6 to 8 years of experience in field marketing and partner marketing, ideally in SaaS, technology, or event management agencies.
  • Experience in both digital and in-person event environments, with the ability to connect event activity to the buyer journey.
  • Background in owning growth marketing, performance marketing, or similar regional marketing functions.
