About the Role

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Generalist to support both creative execution and marketing operations for a fast-moving brand in Singapore. The role blends content creation, campaign support, automation, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on social media growth and audience engagement. You will be responsible for producing two carousels each week, while also handling email marketing, WhatsApp automation, and CRM-related work that supports conversion and retention.

This position is broad by design. You will contribute to campaign ideas, create visuals, draft copy, review AI-written blog content for accuracy, schedule content, analyse results, and help shape the overall marketing approach. The right person will be comfortable working independently and switching between design tools, content briefs, and operational marketing tasks.

Social Media and Content

  • Create carousel content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with a weekly output target of two carousels.
  • Plan and maintain a monthly publishing calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Track comments, direct messages, and ad interactions on Facebook and Instagram, and respond where needed.
  • Develop copy in both English and Mandarin for product captions, carousel text, blog content, and advertisements.
  • Keep an eye on platform trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to guide content decisions.
  • Prepare static graphics, short-form video clips, and branded design templates.

Email Marketing and CRM Automation

  • Develop email campaigns from concept through writing, design, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Set up and manage WhatsApp automation journeys for key audience segments, including welcome, re-engagement, and post-purchase messaging.
  • Maintain the CRM database by cleaning, organising, and segmenting contact lists for accurate targeting.
  • Review campaign metrics such as opens, clicks, and conversions, then refine performance based on the data.

Campaigns and Strategy

  • Contribute fresh campaign ideas that can help the brand stand out and grow its audience.
  • Support both paid and organic promotions across digital and offline channels.
  • Identify possible issues in PPC activity on Google Ads and Meta Ads, and assist with optimisation efforts.
  • Create marketing assets including brochures, landing pages, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
  • Write SEO-friendly blog posts that support organic traffic and product visibility.
  • Check AI-generated blog drafts to ensure they are accurate and reliable.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, or offshore teammates on project-based tasks.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Prepare routine reports covering social media, email, and paid campaign performance.
  • Convert reporting data into practical insights and clear recommendations for the next steps.
  • Oversee the marketing tools and software used by the team, ensuring they are kept up to date and functional.

Requirements

  • Excellent written English communication is essential.
  • At least 1 to 3 years of practical experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva and at least one Adobe application.
  • Prior experience using email marketing platforms.
  • Exposure to WhatsApp Business API or automation tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads is a plus.
  • Experience working with a CRM system is desirable.
  • Ability to edit short-form videos is beneficial.
  • Basic SEO knowledge for blogs and landing pages is preferred.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role based onsite in Singapore, Singapore. The position is suited to someone who can work independently, manage multiple tasks at once, and adapt quickly across creative and operational marketing responsibilities.
