About the Role
Lucey Group is seeking a commercially focused Marketing Executive to join their team in Dublin. This full-time, permanent, office-based position involves leading marketing activities across a diverse portfolio of businesses in e-commerce, healthcare, technology, and digital services, including brands like Superfood-Market UK, ArtGallery.co.uk, and Spottitt. You will collaborate daily with sales teams and senior leadership to ensure marketing efforts align with commercial objectives and deliver measurable returns in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
The Role
This position requires ownership of digital marketing performance for multiple businesses. Key areas include content strategy, paid media management, email marketing, social media engagement, campaign planning, performance reporting, and website development prioritization. The ideal candidate will be adept at building efficient systems, leveraging AI tools for productivity gains, managing resources effectively, and ensuring marketing investments are utilized productively. This role is suited for an individual with a strong commercial acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and accountability for results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial growth and align marketing with sales objectives by supporting lead generation, conversion, and revenue enhancement across various businesses.
- Develop and execute campaigns, offers, and sales materials to boost team performance and commercial outcomes.
- React swiftly to market opportunities, such as promotions, seasonal demand, or inventory management needs.
- Establish content strategies tailored to each business's audience, brand identity, and platform requirements.
- Oversee content repurposing to maximize asset value and channel efficiency.
- Manage relationships with creators, partners, and collaborators to enhance brand presence and reach.
- Maintain high standards across social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), utilizing performance data for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking content schedule, ensuring consistent brand posting.
- Implement team structures that facilitate rapid responses to emerging trends, reactive opportunities, and shifting commercial priorities.
- Balance planned marketing initiatives with agile, responsive activities as business needs evolve.
- Collaborate with developers on website enhancements and manage Shopify and email marketing activities for relevant brands.
- Optimize customer journeys, retention strategies, and conversion rates through testing, analysis, and performance monitoring.
What We Are Looking For
