Role Overview

This six-month fixed-term Marketing Executive position is based in Auckland at Mount Wellington. The role supports the planning and delivery of marketing activity across paid media and owned channels, ensuring campaigns are briefed, produced, approved, dispatched, and completed accurately and on schedule.

You will work with internal teams, stakeholders, external agencies, and media suppliers to keep campaign workflows running smoothly and to help deliver marketing output that aligns with broader brand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across brand, content, and promotional work.
• Prepare creative briefings that clearly outline asset needs, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Oversee approval, sending, and distribution of campaign assets across paid and owned channels.
• Check that all materials are accurate, consistent with brand standards, and delivered within required timelines.
• Keep campaign schedules, trackers, and delivery plans up to date.
• Work with internal departments, agencies, and outside partners to support a smooth rollout of campaigns.
• Assist with promotional setups and marketing collateral coordination.
• Support campaign reporting, end-of-campaign administration, and performance monitoring.
• Manage stakeholder feedback and approval workflows.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, including budget tracking, reporting, raising purchase orders, and processing invoices.

What You Need

• Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• NCEA Level 3 in English and Maths, or an equivalent qualification.
• Good organizational ability and the capacity to manage time effectively.
• Strong accuracy and close attention to detail.

Eligibility

Applicants must have the legal right to work in Aotearoa New Zealand, or hold a valid visa with at least 12 months remaining at the time of joining.
