About the Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking Marketing Director to lead go-to-market efforts in the United States for a premium lifestyle and fragrance brand. This role is ideal for an experienced marketing leader with strong U.S. market expertise who can shape the brand’s presence, scale awareness, and help establish it as a leading name in its category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute U.S.-specific go-to-market plans that position the brand as a clear leader in the category.
  • Design and manage integrated marketing programs across digital, social, experiential, and traditional channels to grow awareness and conversion.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and U.S. consumer behavior, then turn those findings into practical brand and campaign strategies.
  • Lead marketing campaigns from planning through execution, including budget ownership, performance monitoring, and ROI reporting.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage partnerships, media relationships, and influencer collaborations that extend the brand’s reach.
  • Work closely with content, creative, sales, and product teams to keep messaging aligned and ensure consistent brand storytelling.

Candidate Profile

This position calls for a seasoned marketer with at least 7 years of progressive experience and a strong record of launching products and leading go-to-market initiatives in the U.S. market. Prior experience in lifestyle, fashion, premium beauty, or fragrance is highly desirable. The ideal candidate understands American consumer preferences, cultural context, and media dynamics, and brings an established professional network in the market. Strong analytical thinking, project leadership, and communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 7 or more years of marketing experience with demonstrated success in U.S. product launches and go-to-market execution.
  • Background in lifestyle, fashion, premium beauty, or fragrance is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the American market, including cultural nuances and local media ecosystems.
  • Ability to use data and insights to guide strategy and improve campaign performance.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills for handling complex, cross-functional work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for engaging a range of stakeholders.
