Role Overview
This full-time, office-based Marketing Coordinator position is based in Dunboyne, County Meath, Ireland, and reports to the Sales Manager and VP. The role sits within the Marketing department.
The hiring company is a fast-expanding drone services business in Ireland, delivering advanced aerial solutions for construction, agriculture, real estate, environmental monitoring, and infrastructure inspection. Its work focuses on turning drone technology into useful data, insights, and visual content that support better decision-making for clients.
This opportunity is suited to a highly organised marketing professional with strong digital capability. The role blends website upkeep, campaign support, lead generation, analytics, CRM work, and wider marketing coordination.
Website Management
- Keep the company website current by updating content, service pages, blogs, landing pages, and case studies.
- Make sure all website material is accurate, engaging, and consistent with the brand.
- Watch website performance and help improve search visibility and SEO outcomes.
- Support website upgrades and work with outside developers when technical assistance is needed.
Campaign Support
- Assist with planning, delivering, and improving marketing campaigns.
- Help drive lead generation across email, social media, PPC, and other digital channels.
- Coordinate campaign materials, schedules, and internal communication.
Email, CRM, and Lead Nurturing
- Create and send email marketing campaigns.
- Manage CRM records and maintain marketing contact databases.
- Support nurture journeys and automation workflows used for lead development.
Reputation and Customer Feedback
- Track customer reviews and feedback across online platforms.
- Respond to comments and reviews in a professional manner.
- Pass customer issues or concerns to the appropriate internal team member.
Analytics and Reporting
- Measure website traffic and campaign results.
- Prepare recurring KPI updates and campaign summary reports.
- Spot ways to improve marketing performance and return on investment.
Marketing Administration
- Assist with marketing projects, supplier coordination, and event-related logistics.
- Organise marketing assets, records, databases, and documentation.
Requirements
Applicants should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related discipline, along with 2–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing. Practical experience with WordPress or another CMS is needed, as well as a solid understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
The role also calls for strong organisation, project coordination, and communication skills, plus confidence using Microsoft Office, Canva, and CRM tools.
Desirable Experience
Extra value will be given to candidates who have used HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms, have exposure to PPC and lead generation campaigns, and have worked in B2B or technology-led environments. An interest in drones, technology, and innovation is also preferred.
