What We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to serve as the administrative backbone of our marketing team. This role is crucial for the seamless execution of our global tradeshows, customer co-marketing initiatives (FRAMECAD Connect), and general marketing operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and is committed to delivering exceptional experiences for both customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of global tradeshows and events, from initial planning to post-event analysis.
- Manage and update the comprehensive tradeshow and events calendar, ensuring all deadlines, job codes, and online information are current.
- Collaborate with regional teams to coordinate event promotion, necessary stand materials, collateral distribution, and logistical arrangements.
- Ensure all event-generated leads are accurately captured in HubSpot and integrated into appropriate nurture campaigns.
- Prepare detailed post-event reports, analyzing outcomes, lead generation effectiveness, and return on investment.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and provide ongoing support for clients participating in the FRAMECAD Connect co-marketing program.
- Maintain and update all content and resources within the FRAMECAD Connect platform and its associated website, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Manage and update relevant sections of the FRAMECAD website, including content related to tradeshows and partner information.
- Handle essential marketing administrative tasks, such as processing purchase orders, managing invoices, assigning general ledger codes, and organizing marketing documentation.
- Offer consistent day-to-day support to the Head of Marketing, the global marketing team, and customer-facing departments.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing coordination, event administration, or a closely related support role.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating B2B tradeshows or events, including managing logistics and collaborating with international teams.
- Proficiency in administrative functions, including purchase order processing, invoice management, and budget tracking.
- Experience with CRM systems and digital marketing tools, with a preference for HubSpot.
- Familiarity with content and document management systems like SharePoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a systematic approach to tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively across diverse cultures and time zones.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, capable of taking ownership and driving tasks to completion.
- Flexibility and a collaborative spirit, with a readiness to support a fast-paced global team.
- A relevant qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
