Role Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily marketing operations and facilitating campaign execution for the Bright health platform. This onsite, contract-based role in Sydney, NSW includes coordinating projects, managing campaign schedules, preparing promotional and sales support materials, and organizing events. The individual will work closely with various teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging across both digital and physical channels. Other duties include maintaining marketing calendars, monitoring campaign performance, and contributing to effective communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and executing marketing campaigns and associated timelines.
- Prepare promotional content and basic sales collateral to support campaigns and events.
- Plan, coordinate, and promote on-site events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives.
- Maintain marketing schedules and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold consistent brand messaging.
- Track and report on marketing campaign effectiveness.
Necessary Qualifications and Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to develop clear, compelling marketing materials and collaborate well with stakeholders.
- Experience supporting sales through lead generation and preparation of sales materials.
- Proven ability to plan and coordinate events effectively.
- Project management aptitude to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Comfort working onsite in a dynamic, health technology environment based in Sydney.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media, and basic analytics or reporting tools is advantageous.
- Educational background or training in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach toward process improvements and problem resolution.
