Role overview

The Marketing Associate will play a key support role in driving marketing work across the food business. This position is centered on keeping campaigns running smoothly, coordinating with multiple teams, managing creative requests, and maintaining accurate records throughout the full campaign cycle.

Core responsibilities

  • Take care of daily operational work tied to marketing activities in the food vertical.
  • Assist with the planning and rollout of campaigns, promotional offers, and merchant-facing initiatives.
  • Help ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time and in line with campaign performance goals.
  • Work closely with internal marketing functions and other teams such as commercial and content.
  • Keep communication clear so everyone involved understands the campaign objectives, timing, and requirements.
  • Draft and send creative briefs to the design team with the right details, then follow up to keep work moving.
  • Check that all creative materials match the company’s brand direction and the strategy for the food vertical.
  • Maintain thorough campaign records, covering goals, timelines, discussions, and progress updates.
  • Track each campaign as it moves forward and keep documentation current during execution.
  • Support the collection of data and help prepare reports after campaigns are completed.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • About 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign handling, or a similar position.
  • Strong planning and project coordination abilities.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Working knowledge of analytics dashboards and key performance metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with strict deadlines.
