Role Overview

As a Market Street Baker, you will be the welcoming face of our in-store fresh bakery, responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of quality baked goods including bread, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products. Your efforts will help ensure customers have confidence in the availability and freshness of our bakery offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain fresh, attractive displays of bakery products throughout the day to boost sales.
- Prepare bakery items according to company quality standards using specialized equipment like provers, ovens, and mixers.
- Deliver exceptional, friendly customer service that eliminates obstacles and creates memorable moments.
