Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Market Research Analyst to support our growth initiatives. This is a remote contract position, ideally based in locations including New York, NY; Little Falls, NJ; the DC Metro area; Houston, TX; Samford, CT; North Carolina; and Florida. The contract duration is 12 months. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and analysis of clients' quantitative research projects.
- Contribute to the creation of questionnaires, polls, and other instruments for data collection.
- Analyze gathered data from quantitative and multi-source research.
- Program and administer surveys and polls primarily through Qualtrics.
- Generate target respondent lists for research deployment from various internal systems.
- Develop cross-tabulations and verbatim data files.
- Integrate and append additional customer data as required.
- Support in the writing and refinement of reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain and curate the Market Intelligence repository with research documents and related resources.
- Oversee tracking of research projects enterprise-wide.
- Support the extension of Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Employee (VoE) initiatives, including integration with Salesforce and API systems.
- Manage ongoing client Customer Panels.
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree with at least three years' experience in market research or a closely related field.
- Experience programming and deploying surveys using Qualtrics, Medallia, or comparable platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint capabilities such as advanced reporting features, animations, transitions, and multimedia usage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Openness to learn additional tools such as Cvent for conference list uploads.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and detail orientation.
- Capability to multitask efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.

This position does not provide immigration sponsorship.
The starting wage range is $23 to $27 per hour, with exact pay determined by individual experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. Candidates typically do not begin near the top of this range.
