Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Dublin is suited to someone who can take ownership of daily market operations and keep processes running smoothly. The Market Operations Manager will be responsible for maintaining efficient workflows, delivering consistent service, and ensuring company standards are followed across operations.

Core Accountabilities

  • Track market performance and use operational data to spot opportunities for better productivity, stronger quality, and improved customer experience.
  • Work closely with teams across functions to keep projects and day-to-day operations aligned.
  • Lead and support local operational initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Review and refine procedures to improve efficiency and reduce friction in delivery.
  • Address operational issues that affect clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare recurring reports on performance and operational outcomes for leadership.
  • Assist with budgeting and resource planning activities.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication between leadership and frontline teams.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should bring at least 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, operations, or account management, preferably within food, hospitality, logistics, or a similar environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in building relationships and comfortable working with both clients and vendors. A genuine interest in food and the Dublin food scene is also important.
