Role Summary
The Manufacturing Junior Technician will assist in technical operational activities while developing expertise and skills. This role supports system maintenance and operational continuity while engaging in ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in technical duties, acquiring and applying necessary skills.
- Provide support for the maintenance of equipment and systems.
- Work in collaboration with senior technicians on technical assignments.
- Engage in training sessions to enhance technical competencies.
- Effectively perform allocated technical tasks within the team.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and operational standards.
- Coordinate tasks with team members to maintain efficient workflow and reduce disruptions.
- Execute operations following approved SOPs, guidelines, and protocols.
- Operate and monitor equipment to guarantee optimal function and uninterrupted processes.
- Maintain accurate records of operational data and promptly report equipment faults or quality irregularities to supervisors.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance efforts to reduce downtime.
- Assist in installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment as directed.
- Contribute to process optimization and uphold high standards of documentation.
- Manage inventory by keeping precise stock records to fulfill operational requirements.
- Conduct quality control checks of products and processes to comply with standards.
- Organize workspaces, facilities, and materials to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors to meet organizational goals.
Educational & Experience Requirements
A diploma in a relevant field or high school certificate is required. Candidates should have zero to three years of experience. Proficiency in English is mandatory while Arabic proficiency is preferred. A bachelor's degree is an added advantage.
Work Relations
Internal: Participate in team meetings, training, process improvement discussions, and collaborate with colleagues on projects.
External: Engage with clients, vendors, attend professional workshops, and participate in industry networks and forums to gain insights and maintain professional relationships.
